We are available, upon agreement, to review your mineral collection or the specimens you'd like to present. We can easily exchange opinions remotely via videos or images. If feasible, we are happy to assess it in person. We would certainly enjoy meeting collectors.

What types of minerals do you offer?
Our site features a wide range of minerals from around the world, including rare specimens like those with Uranium, suitable for all collectors and budgets.

Can I sell my minerals or mineral collection through your site?

How long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide and offer various shipping options: standard, express, pick-up points or in-store pickup.
Delivery time depends on the chosen method and destination country, averaging 3 business days, with longer times for distant locations or customs delays.
Are hairy (fibrous) asbestos minerals dangerous?
Asbestos fibers would need to be crushed and inhaled to cause serious harm. Like all minerals, they should not be ingested or introduced into the body. In comparison, heavy metal minerals like Realgar, Orpiment, and Galena are more toxic. Feel free to contact us with any concerns.
How often do you add new products to the site?
We strive to add and update minerals on a daily or weekly basis. However, the site only showcases a small portion of our available inventory.

What are the payment options available?
In-person collection and cash payment at major European fairs (or or in-store pickup) are available with a deposit to reserve the minerals. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and other methods. For any requests or issues, contact us.
Do you offer returns or
refunds?
Absolutely yes. Request a return and we will arrange for a courier to collect the package. The cost may be slightly higher than the initial shipping fee, as it will likely not be handled by our usual courier. A refund or credit will be issued once we receive the package.
Are radioactive minerals dangerous?
These minerals are not so dangerous as believed. They mainly emit Alpha and Gamma radiation and are shipped in plexiglass containers that block Alpha emissions. Avoid prolonged close contact and ingestion. Display them in a case, and there will be no risk. Feel free to contact us with any concerns.
How can I be sure of the authenticity of the minerals?
We sell primarily natural untreated minerals (no heating, irradiation, etc). Any treatments are clearly noted in the product details. Provenance is verified through cross-checking labels, reputable sources and expert reviews. If you spot any discrepancies, feel free to reach out. We appreciate your feedback!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated AFTER entering the destination address and depend on the country and weight. It starts at €7, averaging €10-15. Customs fees (rare, none in European Union) aren’t in our control. For bulk orders, heavy items or questions, contact us.
What happens if my order arrives broken?
we will request proof of the actual damage to both the product and the package. For your protection, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing process. If the claim is valid, we will offer you a similar specimen or a refund.
Are the Plexiglass bases or containers included in the price?
Usually no. Upon request, we can add a Plexiglass base and/or container for € 2-3 each.
Delicate minerals, however, are always shipped with a Plexiglass container to protect them during transit. Contact us to request these accessories.
